LA Mortgage Services Inc was formed and opened in October 2001, doing business as a mortgage broker for first mortgages.    LA Mortgage has been licensed since 2002 for FHA and VA.   The company’s location is 251 E Grove Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411, with a satellite branch at Lake Wallenpaupack.    We have six Licensed Mortgage Originators who are always on call to answer any and all questions you may have, along with a support staff of three processors.   

LA Mortgage Services Inc originates Conventional Loans, Construction loans, FHA, VA, PHFA, and Reverse Mortgages in the state of Pennsylvania only.     Our rates and closing costs are always competitive and our service can’t be beat. 

The primary strength of this company is the combined experience of our staff total over 150 years of mortgage experience.  We have been able to overcome the mortgage slump, because of our consistent strategy of helping customers.  Our primary goal is to give a customer the best possible product and service.    We also take the time to help people recover from credit and income problems, and work with them to overcome the obstacles!
