over 25 lenders. LA Mortgage is an
approved lender for FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse
Mortgages & PHFA, in addition to
Conventional Loans & Construction loans.
LA Mortgage Services is a licensed mortgage
broker in PA, and Lori Rudalavage is licensed
federally & statewide for brokering Mortgage
Loans. Prior to opening LA Mortgage Services,
Lori worked as a Mortgage Supervisor at a local
bank for 13 years. In her capacity at LA
Commercial Services, Lori serves as President
and operation manager. Lori
is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School &
the University of Scranton, majoring in Business
Management. Her professional Memberships
include Greater Scranton Board of Realtors,
Lackawanna County Builders Association, Scranton
& Carbondale Chamber of Commerce, Abington

#21713 A resident of Hawley PA, Bob has been employed by LA Mortgage since opening our doors in 2001. Bob is licensed with the Department of Banking as a Mortgage Loan Originator both federally & statewide. In addition to overseeing all the Loan Officers & Processing Team, Bob also originates loans in both Lackawanna County & the Lake Wallenpaupack region. Bob is responsible for keeping LA Mortgage in compliance and up to date on all the changing rules and guidelines in the mortgage environment. Bob is a 1965 graduate of Wallenpaupack High School. Following graduation, Bob attended Millersville State University and in 1967 Bob was drafted by the U.S. Navy. After graduation from the Defense Language Institute, Monterey California, with a degree in Spanish Bob was stationed in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1972, Bob entered the business world and worked in the financial services industry for 31 years. Bob began his career with LA Mortgage Services when the company opened its doors. Bob resides in Blooming Grove, with his wife of 30 years Fawn and their two Brittany Spaniels Belle and Rosie.
Shannon Bergamino Processor/Commercial Loan Officer, License #33398 570-586-3122 Shannon worked for the title company LA Abstract, Inc. from 2005 until 2007. After a short time living out of state, she returned in 2009 to continue her work as a Real Estate Paralegal. In December of 2010, she took on the additional responsibility of a becoming a licensed loan officer for LA Commercial Services, LLC and works with LA Finance Company helping people obtain personal loans. She is a Licensed Mortgage Originator both Federally & Statewide. Shannon has a B.A. in Pre-Law from Marywood University. She is a Scranton native and currently lives in Old Forge, PA with her wonderful husband, Dan and two amazing daughters, Abygale and Emily.
John Martines Serves as Managing
Partner of LA Commercial Services and Chairman
of LA Mortgage Services. Mr. Martines has over
40 years of banking experience. From 1968 to
1973 John was employed as a National Bank
Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of
the Currency. Following his employment as a bank
examiner John, was Vice President and loan
officer with Scranton National Bank. |
